Based on our career progression, we understand the challenges in making the next step in your career. With experience on both sides of the hiring process, we bring practical insight to support your goals.
We also understand the impact the right mentor can have because we have experienced it ourselves. We will work with you to maximise your strengths, build your confidence and unlock your potential.

What a session is like
A conversation with work in it
Sessions run online at a time that fits around work. Nobody is asked to perform, and there’s nothing you need to have prepared beyond turning up.

Before we start
You send over whatever's relevant — a CV, a job advert, a person specification. We read it properly beforehand so the session isn't spent catching up.

During the session
One-to-one and conversational. We work on the thing in front of us rather than talking about it in the abstract, and you're welcome to disagree with us.

Afterwards
You leave with something concrete: a redrafted section, a set of interview answers, or an agreed next step. If we said we'd look at something, we will.
