- You almost certainly have stronger evidence than the examples that come to mind first. We'll find it and match it to the criteria that carry the most weight.

- Structured answers, specific results, no filler. We'll help you say what you did, why it mattered and what changed as a result.

- An honest review before you submit — what's working, what's vague, and anything a recruiter will trip over.

- Do you write the application for me?
- No — it needs to be yours, in your words, and employers can tell when it isn't. We help you decide what to include, how to structure it and how to say it well, and we're honest about what isn't landing yet.
- Can you help with a specific role I've found?
- Yes, and it's the most useful way to do it. Send us the advert and person specification before the session and we'll come to it having read them.
- How much notice do you need?
- The more the better, but we'll always try to fit around a closing date. Get in touch and tell us the deadline you're working to.
