Mock interviews
A realistic run-through followed by personalised, honest feedback you can act on straight away.
There's no substitute for having said your answers out loud to another person before the day. A mock interview is the closest thing to the real one, and it's where you find out which of your examples run long, which ones don't land, and where you talk yourself out of a good answer.
We run it properly — real questions for the role you're going for, in the format you'll face — and then we give you feedback you can use, not just reassurance.
What we cover
- A realistic run-through
- Questions built from your actual job advert and person specification, asked the way a panel would ask them.
- Honest, specific feedback
- What worked, what didn't, and exactly which answers need rebuilding — with the reasons, so you can apply them elsewhere.
- How you came across
- Pace, filler, body language, answers that trailed off, and the habits you can't hear in your own voice.
- A second go
- Time to rework the weakest answers and say them again, so you leave having got them right at least once.
What it costs
Ways to work on this
These are the options that include it. If you’re not sure which is right, ask — we’d rather tell you than have you pay for more than you need.
Common questions
- What do you need from me beforehand?
- The job advert, the person specification and your application if you've submitted one. That's what lets us ask the questions you'll genuinely be asked.
- Will the feedback be blunt?
- It'll be honest and it'll be kind — the point is that you hear it from us rather than in a rejection email. Everything we raise comes with what to do about it.
- Can we do it over video?
- Yes, and if your real interview is online then video is the better rehearsal.
