One-to-one mentoring
Ongoing support from people who have made the journey from apprenticeships to senior management.
Careers don't move in single sessions. Most of what makes the difference happens in between — the conversation you're dreading, the job you're not sure you should apply for, the feedback you don't know what to do with.
Mentoring is having someone in your corner for that. We've come up from apprenticeships to senior management ourselves, and the aim is straightforwardly that you get there faster than we did.
What we cover
- Someone who knows your situation
- After the first session we know your background and goals, so you don't spend half of every call explaining the context again.
- Support between the big moments
- Decisions, difficult conversations, an offer to weigh up, or a knock-back to get past.
- Honest challenge
- We'll tell you when we think you're aiming too low, and when the thing you're calling a barrier isn't one.
- Accountability
- A standing reason to have done the thing you said you'd do.

Common questions
- How do I get started?
- Book a one-off session and say mentoring is what you want from it. Once we know your background and where you're heading, coming back for another is quick — you won't spend half of it explaining the context again.
- How often should I book?
- Entirely up to you. Some people book monthly, others only when something comes up. There's no subscription and nothing to cancel.
- Is mentoring included in the packages?
- Yes — mentoring is part of both the one-off call and the 6-week package, and the 6-week package includes an additional half-hour call on top of everything else.
